[Trading Conditions] Why was my order executed at a different price than the one I requested (slippage)?

ActivTrades endeavours to provide accurate real-time charts that reflect the best available bid and ask prices at any given moment.

However, in certain market conditions, the execution price may temporarily differ from the price displayed on the chart. This can occur during periods of high volatility or low liquidity, such as around major news events, economic data releases, or market opens and closes.

Slippage is a normal part of trading and can sometimes work in your favour. ActivTrades takes all reasonable steps to minimise slippage and aims to execute your orders at the requested price or better whenever possible.
