I don’t have the credit/debit card I used to deposit. How can I withdraw my funds?


If you no longer have access to the card you used to make your initial deposit, you can withdraw your funds via wire transfer from your Personal Area.


Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your funds. In such cases, a bank statement in your name may be requested.
