I lost my authentication device, removed the app, or deleted the code, what should I do?

Please contact our customer support team if you have lost your device, removed the authentication app from your phone, or deleted the ActivTrades code from your app.

In order to disable 2-step verification, you will be required to take a photograph of yourself holding an ID document and written declaration requesting that ActivTrades disables 2-step verification on your account.

When this is complete, you will be able to login with your password and reinstate 2-step verification.
