[Registration Help] What happens if I don't complete the account opening process?

Registration with ActivTrades is a multi-stage process that requires the submission of personal information and supporting documentation. 

If you have received your login credentials, this confirms that your basic account has been successfully created. However, please note that your account may not yet be approved for live trading if we have requested additional information or documents via email or telephone. We kindly ask you to check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for any outstanding requests. 

Your account will remain open; however, it will not be possible to place any live trades until the verification process has been fully completed. Once all required information and documentation have been submitted and approved, full trading functionality will be enabled. 

In the meantime, you may continue to access our trading platforms and use them in demo mode for practice purposes.
