Deposit and withdrawal requests can be made through your Personal Area: https://secure.activtrades.com/personalarea/Payment
We offer a range of payment methods to fund your account. o make a deposit, first log in to your account via the ActivTrades homepage by clicking the “Login” button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

A login pop-up will appear, where you should enter the email address used during registration along with your password. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by clicking the “Forgot password?” link.

Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Personal Area, where you can manage all aspects of your ActivTrades account.
To make a deposit, navigate to Accounts > Transactions, click Deposit, and select the payment method that is most convenient for you.

By pressing “make a deposit” you will be forwarded to the following page:

Credit/Debit Card Deposits
By pressing in the credit/debit card section of the main deposit page, you will be forwarded to the following page.

From this page you can select the ActivTrades account you would like to fund, as well as the amount you would like to deposit, and press the “Next” button to make payment. Alternatively, you can add other cards to your Personal Area, as well as editing the details of existing cards, or deleting them entirely.

By filling in the details of the above form, you can add your chosen credit/debit card into your Personal Area. This includes your card’s details, as well as the billing address that is attached to that particular credit/debit card.
Bank Transfer Deposit
If you prefer to fund your ActivTrades account via Bank Wire, simply press the “make a Deposit” button on the Bank Transfer section of the main deposit page. This will bring up the following page, which contains a list of bank account details that you can use to wire funds directly to your ActivTrades.
